Hi, my name is Phil Brown and I would like to thank you for visiting my website PB Fitness. I've been in the fitness industry for over 37 years and been a personal trainer in the Cayman Islands since 1985.

Since your fitness success is my quest, I strive to ensure that you not only achieve but exceed all of your intended goals and maintain them for many years to come. What sets my training system apart from many other personal trainers is that I do not just train you, I educate you also.
